Rates & Reservations
Reservations are made on a first requested, first honored basis. We fill up quickly during peak birding season (March, April, May), and again in August and September. 2005 and 2006, and now 2007, were busy years - our occupancy rates are over 70%.
We always recommend making reservations 3 months or more in advance. March, April, and May 2008 are already filling up!

inquire - we may have an open date that meets your needs.
