Rules & Rates The George Walker House: Children 12 and under are free. House broken dogs accepted. The Heller House: No children, no pets, maximum occupancy: 4 adults. Rates are the same for both houses. State Transaction Privilege Tax = 6.05% Each additional person is $25 per night plus tax. Cots and bedding are available for additional people.
